Credit card ($5,000 max), cashiers check, or wire transfer.

Consignment Purchases

RV Arizona is an Arizona Licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer. As a consignment dealer we represent both the consignor and buyer in each transaction.

In order for RV Arizona to complete this transaction it is necessary for RV Arizona to first execute a legally binding purchase agreement with the consignor. This authorizes RV Arizona to sell the RV for the agreed upon contract price.

Buyer Understands the only recourse they or RV Arizona has to rescind a purchase is if the consignor refuses to make any repairs listed on the Buyers Inspection Form. Buyer also understands their down payment is nonrefundable unless the contract is cancelled by terms listed allowing cancellation on the no cooling off form.

Arizona Residents

Registration fees ARE STATE FEES and are paid to AZMVD when your Title/Registration paperwork is processed.

Arizona's Motor Vehicle Divisions' policy on License plates is as follows:

• AZMVD will send directly to you, the Buyer, your license plate and registration
• RV Arizona does not receive or distribute your Registration and License Plate(s)
• If you require an update on the status of your Plates & Registration you will need to contact AZMVD directly at (602) 712-2700

Non Arizona Residents

Non Arizona Residents are responsible for registering their RV in their home state. RV Arizona will provide a 90 day nonresident registration permit to allow time for the customer to complete this their registration process.

If the nonresident purchaser registers the vehicle in Arizona within 365 days after the issuance of the special (90) day nonresident registration permit, the purchaser is liable for an amount equal to the state transaction privilege tax and county excise tax that the seller would have been required to pay on a taxable sale, plus applicable penalties and interest computed from the date of sale.(Credit is allowed for any tax that was paid at the time of sale).
